If you've made it this far, you've undoubtly read through our website, researched doodles and have decided that you're ready to add a furry member to your family. Congratulations!

At this point, we would like to get to know you and find out what your puppy preferences are. Please fill out the form below and press the "Submit Form" button. Once your form is received, we will contact you to discuss your application.

If you would like to be added to an Expecting or Nursery wait list, a $300 deposit is required in addition to the form. Payment can be made by personal check or PayPal. If paying by personal check, please make your check out to April Cliber and send to:

Please remember that getting a doodle puppy is a big decision, not one to be taken lightly. It is a 13 to 16 year commitment. Please be sure that you have the time and patience for a puppy before submitting the form and deposit. We love each puppy that is born here at Cliberdoodle and feel it is our responsibility to make sure each doodle pup is going to a fantastic and loving home.
