When a doodle puppy leaves to go home with its new family, a Puppy Packet is provided. The Puppy Packets are in a three ring binder and include:

• Copies of all health testing certificates from both parents

• Copies of parents registration papers and pedigrees

• Our Health Warranty and Purchase Agreement

• Your puppy's health record which includes their vaccination and de-worming schedule

• Your puppy's spay or neuter certificate

• Your puppy's microchip number and information on how to register the microchip in your name

• A certificate signed by our vet stating that your puppy is in good health

• Two pages of information about bringing home a new puppy

• Our contact information -- you are welcome to contact us with questions after your puppy goes home

• A small blanket that's been washed in our detergent and rubbed on your puppy's mom
